HUIXIN is a China-based 3PL for overseas nail brands, managing SKUs, supplier consolidation, kitting, multi-channel fulfillment, and ERP/WMS integration.
After a Nail Brand Scales, Warehouse Execution Becomes the Real Bottleneck
Supply chain problems for overseas nail brands rarely show up at the start.
Early on, the model is simple: find a supplier, place an order, receive the goods, pack them yourself, ship through Shopify. That workflow is enough to carry a brand through its first few hundred or even a few thousand orders.
The real problems start after growth kicks in — once SKUs multiply, sales channels expand, and the number of suppliers grows. That’s usually when a brand realizes, for the first time, that it doesn’t actually know where its inventory is, whether the data is accurate, or whether orders and the warehouse are in sync. Switching software won’t fix this, because software doesn’t receive goods, apply labels, or pick and pack orders. What actually determines whether these problems get solved is whether there’s a professional warehousing team on the ground in China genuinely managing the inventory.
That’s the reason HUIXIN exists: we’re not here to help brands build a new system. We take on the actual warehouse execution for nail brands on the China side, and we make sure that execution connects with whatever system the brand is already using.
1. SKU growth in the nail industry isn’t linear
In most industries, SKU growth is predictable — one new product, one new SKU.
The nail industry doesn’t work that way. A single press-on nails line typically stacks design, shape, length, size, and packaging on top of each other all at once. The same French Pink design might come in shapes like Almond, Coffin, or Square; each shape splits into Short, Medium, and Long; each length then spans several sizes from XS to L; and on top of that, there’s a basic box version and a gift box version. These variables combine fast, and the SKU count balloons: one design across 4 shapes, 3 lengths, and 5 sizes is already 60 SKUs. Once a brand has a few dozen designs, the total SKU count easily clears a thousand.
That’s why many nail brands run into stockouts on bestsellers, pileups of slow movers, missing inventory, and restocking errors well before their order volume gets especially large. It’s not an order management failure — the SKU structure itself has outgrown what people can manage by hand. For products with this kind of SKU density and variant count, whether the warehouse can handle fine-grained categorization, labeling, and bin management directly determines whether the brand can actually stay on top of its inventory.
2. Can the warehouse handle multi-channel, multi-supplier complexity
Once a brand gets traction, it rarely sticks to a single channel. Alongside a Shopify store, it’s often running on Amazon and TikTok Shop at the same time. And behind the scenes, there’s rarely just one factory — the nails might come from one supplier, the glue from another, the packaging boxes from a third, and tools from a fourth. But to the customer, all of that shows up as one brand, one complete kit.
If a brand has to coordinate all of this itself, that means tracking each supplier’s shipping progress separately, inspecting each shipment separately, figuring out how to consolidate everything in one place for assembly, and then handling order and fulfillment requirements for each channel on top of that. It’s slow, and it’s easy to get wrong.
This is exactly the part HUIXIN takes on — one warehouse consolidating receiving from multiple suppliers, running the full chain from supplier shipment to warehouse receiving, quantity verification, SKU sorting, kitting, storage, and order fulfillment, while also handling orders coming in from Shopify, Amazon, TikTok Shop, and other channels. Brands don’t have to coordinate logistics across multiple suppliers and multiple channels themselves — that work comes to us.
3. Kits: one sales unit, several inventory units behind it

Another characteristic complexity for nail brands is kit sales.
What the customer sees on the website is a single product — a “Nail Starter Kit,” say. But in the warehouse, that kit is actually five separate components put together: nails, glue, a file, a buffer, and a packaging box. The brand sells one SKU; the warehouse has to manage five SKUs’ worth of inventory, five components arriving on different schedules, and then assemble them accurately at fulfillment time — or pre-assemble them into bundles ahead of demand.
That’s why brands shopping for a 3PL often find that a standard warehouse can handle basic single-item receiving and shipping just fine, but stumbles as soon as kit assembly, on-demand kitting, or pre-packaged bundles enter the picture. HUIXIN treats kitting and repacking as standard parts of our warehousing service, not a special request that needs extra coordination — which matters a lot for nail brands specifically, since kits are one of the most common sales formats in this category.
4. We connect with the systems brands are already using
ERP and WMS systems used by nail brands for 3PL integration
Established brands rarely want to switch off the systems they already rely on, whether that’s Shopify, Cin7, NetSuite, Odoo, or ShipHero. HUIXIN doesn’t ask brands to change systems in order to work with us — what we do is make sure the warehouse side is visible to whatever system the brand already has. An order placed on the brand’s website syncs to their ERP, the ERP passes that information to our WMS, the warehouse automatically generates a picking task and deducts inventory, and once the order ships, the tracking number syncs back.
For the brand, that means no new tool to learn and no manual cross-checking across multiple back-ends — the inventory and order status they see in their own system is exactly what’s happening in the warehouse. This integration capability is part of our warehousing service, not something we’re selling on its own.
5. Different stages call for different kinds of warehousing support
| Stage |
Main challenge |
What we provide |
| Product testing |
Reducing inventory risk |
Small-batch receiving, flexible storage, on-demand shipping |
| Growth |
Expanding SKUs, running multiple channels at once |
Fine-grained SKU management, multi-channel order fulfillment |
| Scaling |
Multiple suppliers, kit sales, need for system integration |
Consolidated multi-supplier receiving, kitting/bundling, ERP–WMS integration |
Brands at different stages need different things prioritized. Knowing which stage you’re in makes it much clearer which of our capabilities to lean on first.
What HUIXIN provides
HUIXIN focuses on 3PL execution in China for overseas nail brands — covering the full chain from supplier receiving, SKU labeling, inventory management, and quality inspection, through kitting, repacking, order fulfillment, and international shipping. We also connect with a brand’s existing ERP and order systems, so the data brands see in their own system stays in sync with what’s actually in the warehouse.
Brands don’t need to manage a warehouse in China themselves, or coordinate logistics across multiple suppliers on their own — that work is ours to handle.
